The Phase 1 proposal calls for customers to register products and access the training associated with them. [CONFIRM] The previous workflow and original business bottleneck.

Customer product activation and a training library tied to registered products are present in the implementation. The proposal also specifies customer purchasing and an administration portal.
Outcome
[CONFIRM] Launch/acceptance status, customer use and a client-approved outcome. The documents specify a NZD $12,000 Phase 1 fee; permission to disclose that commercial detail is still required.
